Nuvio Connect
An IoT platform that does the boring middle.
We use Nuvio Connect ourselves on every IoT engagement we ship, from RFID asset tracking to laser thickness measurement. It's the cloud half of the bespoke hardware we build. You can use it the same way.

Built for
- Manufacturers running plant-floor sensors
- Operations teams that need real-time visibility
- Engineering teams shipping custom IoT hardware
The capabilities, line by line.
- / 01
Device telemetry, sorted
MQTT in, time-series data out. Devices stream measurements, events and health metrics in a format that's actually queryable.
- / 02
Dashboards that read
Live plant-floor displays, ruggedised tablet views, executive trend charts, all driven from the same data, no separate exports.
- / 03
Alerting where it matters
Threshold breaches push to mobile, dashboards, or operator screens. No more end-of-shift surprises.
- / 04
Historical analysis baked in
Every reading is logged. Pull a six-month trend on a single belt, station or sensor without a data engineer in the loop.
- / 05
Diagnostic-ready by default
Devices report their own health to the platform (battery, uptime, error rates) so we can see issues before you do.
- / 06
Built to extend
Custom dashboards, recipe-management hooks, integration into your existing MES or ERP. The platform meets your stack, not the reverse.
What people ask first.
- Is Nuvio Connect a SaaS, or do I host it?
- Both. We run a managed multi-tenant cloud (the default for most clients), or we deploy a dedicated instance into your VPC if compliance requires it.
- Can I bring my own hardware?
- Yes. Anything that speaks MQTT integrates. We also design and build custom hardware (RFID readers, sensor stations, edge gateways) when off-the-shelf doesn't fit.
- How does this differ from a generic IoT platform?
- We've built it alongside the kind of plant-floor problems we keep solving: bowl tracking, thickness measurement, environmental monitoring. The opinions are baked in: industrial environments, harsh networks, real operators.
